Shipment and delivery

Order process

Angelz Tribe is based in France and all prices are in € (Euros). We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards and pay in 3 installments free of charge via Klarna.

Orders may take 1-8 business days to process before shipping.

All shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of each garment.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipping confirmation. All customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and billing information as well as promotional or gift card codes at checkout.

Domestic delivery to France
Orders may take 1-8 business days to process before shipping.

We offer several shipping options to our customers depending on destination, including:

Colissimo Standard Delivery to letterboxes (1 to 3 working days)

Colissimo Standard Delivery by hand with signature (1 to 3 working days)

At Mondial Relay or Relais Colis relay point (1 to 3 days, this time can extend up to 6 days depending on the destinations)

Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account local disruptions.

Angelz Tribe is not responsible for any fees related to packages returned due to unclaimed package and/or incorrect address.

If a package is returned to our studio, please note that the customer is responsible for reshipping costs as the original shipping label will be void.

We will contact the customer with a link to redeem shipping. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. If the customer does not purchase the reshipping label or the package is refused by the intended recipient, the purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International delivery
Orders may take 1-8 business days to process before shipping.

International packages are shipped via Colissimo (1 to 7 working days), unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account local disruptions.

Angelz Tribe is not responsible for any fees related to packages returned due to unclaimed package and/or incorrect address.

Loss and Theft

Angelz Tribe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We take great care in packaging each of your items so that they are not damaged during transport. Once your package has left our premises, it is in the custody of your postal carrier and all subsequent steps must be taken with your local post office.
