All sales are final — returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Transparency is important to us; in each item listing, you will find detailed descriptions specific to each garment and accessory. Please be sure to read the item descriptions before placing an order.

In some cases a return against credit on the site will be possible:

• If the item has a blatant defect not mentioned or not visible in the item description

• If you are a regular and trusted customer

Our items are inspected before shipping, any attempts at damage in order to obtain a return in the form of a credit will result in a sanction or banishment from our customer and member area.

Cancellation of your order is possible if it has not yet been shipped and if it is not in final preparation for shipment.

Angelz Tribe is not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.

If your order is lost or never arrived at its destination, you will need to contact your carrier and open a claim.

Your order will not be refunded by Angelz Tribe.

Please provide the correct information provided by Angelz Tribe in advance and include a mandatory telephone number and email so that you can track the progress of your order in real time.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage pieces. We believe that this is what makes vintage clothing so special and pure, each garment has its own story. All handpicked items by Angelz Tribe are carefully inspected and sometimes reworked to make them high-quality pieces.
